Review Our Policies

Design and Innovation building is open every day, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (except during the University Holidays and winter break from Dec 29 to Jan 3). During these times, UC San Diego faculty, staff, student and the general public may use the DIB event and conference rooms for purposes such as:

  • Symposia, seminars, and meetings sponsored by UC San Diego DIB Core Groups
  • Meetings sponsored by UC San Diego Student Organization
  • Activities aimed at promoting cooperation for research, education and innovation at UC San Diego

UC San Diego users may collect registration fees to cover event expenses, but the DIB facilities MUST NOT be used for profit-making activities for taxation reasons.

Violations of these policies could cause your group to forfeit any existing room reservations and future room reservation privileges.
